A Thirst for Photos.
Prior to becoming a photographer I was a Bar and Restaurant manager. I worked at the famous 'The Ivy' in London, England, managed an English Pub/B&B and a massive English Sport Pub, worked at the Banff Springs Hotel, managed the Apre Ski Bar at Lake Louise and managed Bars in Melbourne, Australia.
The first rule in photography is to 'shoot what you know', so I have self published three (so far) recipes books about restaurants, 'The Foodie Book' series. I have also been involved in two other cookbooks and I shot for a Winery Magazine for 5 years.
I know the industry, I know how service periods works, I know how to stay out of the way of chefs, I know how to sell a bar and restaurant, I know how to make them look good.
